Day 01: Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport / Private transfer to a boutique eco-lodge near Kandy outskirts / Afternoon orientation walk around lodge trails and forest gardens / Evening welcome session on local biodiversity, eco-conscious practices and wellness introduction / Overnight in Kandy.

Upon your arrival, you will be met by your private chauffeur-guide and transferred to a boutique eco-lodge nestled in the lush outskirts of Kandy. Your journey begins with a gentle orientation walk through forest gardens and lodge trails, followed by an evening welcome session focused on local biodiversity and the “slow travel” wellness philosophy that will guide your stay.

Day 02: Morning guided trek through the Knuckles Mountain Range, observing cloud forests, endemic birds and native flora / Picnic lunch mid-trail / Afternoon short waterfall hike or stream-side relaxation / Evening at lodge with optional herbal tea tasting and meditation session / Overnight near Kandy or Knuckles foothills.

Spend the morning trekking through the misty cloud forests of the Knuckles Mountain Range, observing endemic birdlife and rare native flora. Day 03: Morning scenic drive to Nuwara Eliya, with stops at lookout points and tea estates/ Afternoon gentle guided walk-through tea plantations and garden estates / Optional wellness session at the hotel (yoga or spa) / Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Ascend into the heart of the tea country, stopping at dramatic lookout points as the air grows crisp. Day 04: Early morning guided trek to World’s End viewpoint and Baker’s Falls in Horton Plains National Park / Picnic lunch along the trail / Afternoon at leisure to relax at your hotel or enjoy optional highland spa treatments / Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

An early morning start takes you to the high-altitude plateau of Horton Plains for a trek to the spectacular World’s End viewpoint and Baker’s Falls. After a picnic lunch along the trail, the afternoon is yours to relax or indulge in professional highland spa treatments designed to rejuvenate your senses after the morning’s hike.

Day 05: Transfer south to Haputale, stopping en route at scenic viewpoints / Guided walk-through tea plantations and cloud forests, observing endemic species and highland biodiversity / Afternoon optional waterfall trek to Bambarakanda or Diyaluma streams / Overnight in Haputale eco-lodge.

Travel south to the ridge-side town of Haputale, where you will embark on a guided walk through cloud forests and tea estates to observe unique highland biodiversity. The afternoon offers an optional trek to the towering Bambarakanda or Diyaluma waterfalls, followed by a restful evening in a secluded eco-lodge.

Day 06: Morning drive south toward Udawalawe National Park / Afternoon safari in Udawalawe, spotting elephants, birds and wetland wildlife / Evening at eco-lodge with optional forest meditation session or wellness activity / Overnight near Udawalawe.

Descend from the hills toward the savanna-like plains of Udawalawe National Park for an afternoon jeep safari. You will witness majestic elephant herds and diverse wetland wildlife in their natural habitat, ending the day at an eco-lodge with an optional forest meditation session under the stars.

Day 07: Morning scenic drive to Sinharaja Rainforest / Afternoon guided trek in the buffer zone, observing endemic birds, butterflies and forest flora / Evening at eco-lodge with night walk to spot nocturnal species / Overnight near Sinharaja.

Travel to the borders of the Sinharaja Rainforest, a UNESCO World Heritage site, for an afternoon trek in the buffer zone to spot endemic butterflies and vibrant forest flora. As darkness falls, join a guided night walk to discover the elusive nocturnal species that call this ancient rainforest home.

Day 08: Full-day guided trek into the core and deep trails of Sinharaja Rainforest, learning about forest conservation, biodiversity and sustainable livelihoods / Picnic lunch in the forest / Afternoon gentle hike to a small waterfall / Overnight near Sinharaja.

Dedicate a full day to exploring the core trails of Sinharaja, guided by experts who provide deep insights into forest conservation and sustainable livelihoods. After a picnic lunch deep within the canopy, take a gentle hike to a secluded waterfall for a refreshing dip in the heart of the primary rainforest.

Day 09: Morning guided river kayaking or gentle rafting on the Sinharaja tributaries/ Visit a nearby village for hands-on interaction with local conservation or sustainable craft projects/ Afternoon canopy walk or optional herbal wellness workshop / Overnight near Sinharaja.

Day 10: Morning drive to Hiriketiya on the southern coast / Afternoon leisure at the crescent-shaped beach / Optional yoga, meditation or wellness session by the sea / Overnight in Hiriketiya.

Move to the southern coast and the crescent-shaped bay of Hiriketiya, a sanctuary for wellness and surf culture. Spend the afternoon at leisure on the golden sands, with an optional sunset meditation or yoga session by the sea to transition into a coastal state of mind.

Day 11: Full day for relaxation and wellness: spa treatments, yoga sessions, guided mindfulness walks along the beach, optional surf lesson or paddleboarding / Evening farewell dinner by the ocean / Overnight in Hiriketiya.

This day is dedicated entirely to mindfulness: choose from professional spa treatments, guided beach walks, or optional surf lessons in the warm Indian Ocean. The evening concludes with a private farewell dinner served by the ocean, celebrating the transformative journey you’ve shared with the island.

Day 12: Private transfer back to Bandaranaike International Airport via the southern expressway / Optional stop at a scenic coastal viewpoint or boutique cafe / Departure.

Your final morning includes a slow breakfast and a private transfer back to the airport via the Southern Expressway. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy an optional stop at a scenic coastal viewpoint or a boutique café for one last look at the horizon before your journey home.
